If it is not the same person, it is due to your standard tech being out sick, having a day off, or possibly being on vacation. Yes, there is. We charge a flat $80 fee if you cancel your appointment after 5 PM the day before the scheduled cleaning. Additionally, we charge an $80 flat fee if our cleaning techs are denied access to the home for any reason.
